May Stearman (she/her) is a non-profit arts professional for whom curiosity and connection are guiding principles. As Community Engagement Program Manager for the San Francisco Symphony, May specializes in promoting equitable access to the arts for all San Francisco-Bay Area residents, and forging enduring community partnerships rooted in collaboration. May is proud to have managed the Free Community Ticket Program, which, since 2021, has distributed tens of thousands of free SF Symphony tickets to Bay Area residents. Originally from the East Coast, May holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
