Speaking at Pipelines of Possibility: How to Bolster the Path from Student to Orchestra Administrator

Acclaimed as a pianist who “sensitively brought out the score’s many contrasting characters...” and “negotiated the virtuosic score with ease” (Classical Voice of North Carolina), Yuki Yokota appears in numerous solo, chamber, and orchestral performances. Yuki was part of the inaugural SFCM Opus 3 Internship program. She obtained her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance degree at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music, MM at University of Cincinnati, and continues to pursue a Post-Graduate Certificate in Keyboard at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Her principal mentors are Dennis Thurmond, Sung Hwa Park, Giorgi Latsabidze, Shun-Lin Chou, and Awadagin Pratt.
