As the current Associate Director of Digital Engagement at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, Allison Lambacher aims to cultivate a deep sense of joy in her community inspired by the richness of orchestral music. Throughout her career both in the music and tech industry, Allison has used both traditional and digital marketing to increase curiosity, promote relevance, and spark innovation to ultimately create a shift in the perception of the orchestra world.
Allison holds an Flute Performance degree and MBA from Duquesne University. She started her career at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and is also a 2022 Essentials of Orchestra Management Alum.
