Grace Caroline Curley
Book

Grace Curley is a current Playwriting MFA Candidate at the University of New Orleans. In 2021, her one act play, “Something Blue” was performed in the Sacred Heart University Theatre Arts Program new works festival, TheatreFest. In 2022 her play "What It Means To Be Polite" was accepted to the national Mid-America Theatre Conference's Ten-Minute Playwriting Symposium, in Cleveland, OH. Her play, "Your Children Will Follow," was performed at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, which received four stars from The Derek Awards. Sacred Heart University annually performs her adaptation of “A Christmas Carol”, which stars John Ratzenbeger as Scrooge. Most recently, her play “Laurel Canyon, 1979” received a developmental reading in New York City with female-driven theatre company, The Fire Weeds. She graduated from Sacred Heart University in May of 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and English. Grace is elated to be returning to the Edinburgh Fringe with her Alma matter, and a script based on a beloved TV show. When not writing, Grace can also be seen working in film and theatre as a Production Assistant, Producer, and Production Stage Manager, and has supported storytelling across New Orleans, New York and London.
