Simone DePaolo has worked extensively in Musical Theatre, Cabaret, Dance, Choral, and Variety entertainment as a performer, director, coach, and choreographer. Her work has spanned a variety of respected organizations, including the Edgerton Center for the Arts, Bridgeport Downtown Cabaret Theatre, Hamill Productions, CT Children’s Theatre, and Cynthia Gibbs Triple Threat Academy. As a performer, Simone’s credits include Brenda in Smokey Joe’s Café, Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar, and the Leading Player in Pippin. Her performance career has taken her around the world, including tours with Costa and MSC Cruise Lines, engagements at Forte Village Resort in Sardegna, and appearances in clubs throughout Europe. She has also worked with RAI TV in Rome, Milan, and Naples as a choreographer, dancer, and featured artist across a variety of productions.

Simone is especially proud of her longstanding work with Jerry, Leo, and now John, Jess, and the Theatre Arts Program at Sacred Heart University, where she has spent the past 20 seasons collaborating with an exceptional community of dedicated, passionate, and wildly talented students. From mainstage productions to more intimate Little Theatre performances, these artists consistently bring heart, discipline, and joy to every rehearsal and performance, making each experience both meaningful and memorable.

Simone is currently the General Manager and Artistic Director at D’Valda & Sirico Dance and Music Centre in Fairfield.
