At 16 years of age, Charlize was thrust into the world of high level bass playing as a consequence of her unexpectedly precocious development. She is at home in a wide range of genres from pop, to Motown, jazz fusion, rock, cool jazz, etc…She currently attends High School. She is part of her school’s jazz band, and is a track and field and soccer star.
