recently toured the country as the music director of the world premiere production of An Officer and a Gentleman, written and directed by Tony-nominee Dick Scanlan. Other touring credits include Motown The Musical and RENT (20th Anniversary Tour). He also spent some time at sea with Norwegian Cruise Line as the music director of the Broadway smash Jersey Boys and Havana, a revue directed and choreographed by Tony-winner Warren Carlyle. Mark has directed and/or performed hundreds of shows at regional theatres around the country including Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre, and Lincoln Center. Selected past favorite credits as music director include Les Misérables, The Bridges of Madison County (regional premiere at Arkansas Rep), Hairspray, West Side Story, Memphis, (regional premiere at Arkansas Rep), Sweeney Todd, and many more.
