Marlon Proverbs is a dynamic choreographer, dancer, and teacher from Harlem, NY. Known for blending hip-hop, contemporary, African, and street styles, he has performed across the U.S. and internationally, opening for stars like Trey Songz and Chris Brown. His work has been featured in Apollo Live, Sybarite, and Culture Shock D.C. Marlon founded Dancin Wit Proverbs, a company using dance to uplift and inspire, and created the performance crew Str8iLL, known for its raw, authentic style. He’s taught in Sweden and Morocco, and works with youth in underserved communities to empower through movement.
