Anna Brown (Mary) is delighted to make her official Centre Stage debut with this incredibly fun production team! Previously, she appeared in Centre Stage's 2020 virtual reading of When Herod Came to Georgia. After living in Maryland, Romania, North Carolina, and New Hampshire, Anna now calls Greenville her home. She holds degrees in Speech Pedagogy (BS) and Theatre Arts (MA), both from Bob Jones University. Prior to her current position as a project manager, Anna worked for several years in digital education, writing scripts for video segments as well as performing both onscreen and in voice-overs. She serves as Vice-Chair for the SC Theatre Association's Community Theatre Division and has performed in numerous productions around the Upstate including Twelfth Night (MCC Shakes!), Knuffle Bunny (SCCT), Annie Get Your Gun (Mill Town Players), and The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Younts). A few favorite roles include Falstaff (Henry IV), the Fool (King Lear), and Mrs. Shinn (The Music Man). In her free time, Anna enjoys collecting books for her library, befriending neighborhood cats, and writing music. She would like to thank her parents for their tireless long-distance support, and her sister, Charlotte, for always making sure Anna is taking care of herself during rehearsals. Soli Deo gloria.
