Austin J. Kara (Sound Designer) Born in Clinton, Missouri; Austin moved to Greenville, SC, with his family, at a young age. He holds a B.A. in Theatre Performance from North Greenville University. He graduated as a member of Alpha Psi Omega National Theatre Honor Society, as well as being nominated for Irene Ryan Acting Scholarships on behalf of the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. Austin has auditioned and worked professionally as an actor for over five years. While he is no stranger to the stage, Austin is delighted to begin working in the theatre in a different way. He looks forward to aiding in the production of exceptional art and storytelling here in the Upstate. In his free-time, Austin enjoys playing guitar, riding his bike on the Swamp Rabbit, and spending time with friends and family.
