(Mrs.Phelps) MCC. Moana Jr (Gramma Tala) MCC. When Neshia isn’t on stage she’s battling high school, crocheting, or hanging with friends. She’s loved singing since she was born, and is so grateful to have the opportunity to work with this amazing cast.
