Greg Day(Music Arranger, Band Leader, Bass Player) This is Greg's NEXT show at Centre Stage. His past Centre Stage productions include almost all of the Rock Shows since the first “Rock and Roll Heaven” many years ago!   Most recently at Centre Stage, Greg served as band consultant to The Buddy Holly Story. Favorite past productions include Rockin’ the Keys (directed by the incomparable Rick Connor) and any show that involved Jessica Eckenrod .  Performing for the all female preview audience of “Beehive”  years ago is still an amazing memory!  Greg was born in Mansfield , MA  and currently lives in Easley, SC. He graduated from the US Army School of Music, Furman University and the University of Southern Mississippi  with degrees in Music Education. He is presently serving as Director of Bands and Instrumental Activities at Southern Wesleyan University in Central where he has taught for 24 years following a 15 year career in the SC public schools. Greg would like to thank Shannon Cox and McKelvie Wilder for the help with the great arrangements for this show and to his wonderfully talented and supportive wife, Laura for her ability to ignore hundreds of repetitions of these songs while in pre production!  And to Centre Stage for LIVE MUSIC!  Greg hopes you enjoy this wonderful compilation of Summer Breezes….
