Roxanne Vogel (Kost) As a Jewish woman, Roxanne is extremely grateful to tell this story, and grateful to Centre Stage for letting her be a part of it. She’s hopeful that this performance will encourage more upstate theatres to tell Jewish stories, especially during these hard times. Playing Fraulin Kost has been an emotionally challenging journey, but nonetheless an important one. Putting herself in the shoes of a character who, at her very core, is the moral opposite of Roxanne in every way, has been a one in a lifetime experience.
