Josh Pickel (Duke of Cornwall) Josh is delighted to be playing Cornwall in King Lear at Curtain Call. He has recently worked on theatrical productions such as The Wizard of Oz (Hunk/Scarecrow), The Mousetrap (Detective Sgt. Trotter), Hair (Claude), Fiddler on the Roof (Motel Kamzoil), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Leaf Coneybear), Fun Home (Roy/Pete/Mark/BobbyJeremy), The Tempest (Adrian), and The Taming of the Shrew (Grumio). Josh has studied acting with Stella Adler Studio of Acting, The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, and is currently pursuing a BFA at The University of Connecticut. In his free time, Josh enjoys writing and directing films and aspires to one day direct/act in a film for production company A24. Josh would like to thank his parents and friends for their endless support of his passion for acting.
