Bill is ecstatic to be playing the role of Topher the Prince! When he is not playing a desperate romantic Bill can be seen in the corner talking to himself in a Scottish accent. After his previous show as a Courier from 1776, Bill is ready to deliver his charm rather than depressing dispatches. He would like to thank the fantastic Mathew Surapine, his voice teacher.
