LIAM GELLING
The Man in Chair

Liam’s extremely excited to perform the role of The Man in Chair in this year’s SYT production of The Drowsy Chaperone. Liam has been a part of the Curtain Call community since 2015 when he performed in his first SYT show, Oliver!. He served on the SYT Board for two years, serving as the Board’s President for one year, and is extremely proud of the work this year’s board has put into bringing you this production. Outside of Curtain Call, he has played roles like Gomez Addams in The Addams Family and Reverend Shaw Moore in Footloose. During the school year, Liam attends Montclair State University and studies Music Therapy with a concentration in voice and jazz piano. Music therapy aids in providing support for a plethora of communities ranging from children on the autism spectrum to adults struggling with mental illness. Liam is very excited to begin using music as a way to enrich peoples’ lives and empower those in need. Lastly, he wishes broken legs and lots of luck to the rest of the cast!
