John Atkin (Director) John is honored to be directing this iconic dark comedy, with a super talented cast.  Some of John’s previous directing credits here at Curtain Call include: the Arthur Miller classic, All My Sons; Gore Vidal’s The Best Man; The Wisdom of Eve; Beyond Therapy;  and A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. Among John’s other directing favorites around the region include: West Side Story; The 39 Steps; A View From the Bridge;  The Price; and On Golden Pond. Additionally, John has performed around the region, among his favorites: The Man Who Came to Dinner, Miracle on 34^th Street, Merry Wives of Windsor, Romeo and Juliet, The Hot L Baltimore, and Catch 22, all at Curtain Call; and at other venues Frost/Nixon, A Few Good Men, To Kill a Mockingbird, How to Succeed in Business… John was a star dancer in Curtain Call’s Dancing with the Stars, is treasurer of its board of trustees, and is a former state Senator and Representative.
