Wanyue Zhao, born in 2006 in Wuhan, Hubei. Studying piano in Wuhan Conservatory of Music since 2018; starting BM degree in Eastman School of Music in 2024 and study with renowned pianist Alexander Kobrin. Wanyue Zhao had attend a lot of competitions in China including Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film, Television, Tourism and Sports, The Twelfth Shenzhen Piano Open Competition, July 2023. 5th place 2022 Schimmel China Youth Piano Competition, January, 2023. She also attend music festivals including Tianjin Juilliard Piano Festival, and performed in various recital halls such as Huangzhong Hall, Bianzhong Hall in Wuhan Conservatory.
She also participated a lot of master classes including Sofya Gulyak, Yuri Didenko, Yong Hi Moon, Albert Tiu, Mingqiang Li, Douglas Humphreys, Jianing Kong.
