Hongbo Liang, born in Lanzhou, China. He began his clarinet study with Dunzhu Sangji, Professor of clarinet art at Northwest Minzu University. In 2018, he was admitted to the China Conservatory of music, where he studied under the famous Chinese-American clarinetist and educator Yi He. After 4 years' substantial study, he entered to Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in 2022, Pursue Master of Music degree with world-renowned clarinetist Eli Eban. Currently, Hongbo is continuing to study for the Artist Diploma under Professor Eban’s mentorship.
