Veronica Rokicki
Violin

Veronica Rokicki, 21, is an undergraduate student at the Eastman School of Music. She studies violin with Renee Jolles.
Prior to Eastman, Veronica was a scholarship recipient at the Music Institute of Chicago studying with Professor Almita Vamos. During this time, she had won the Dupage concerto competition and the District 214 honors orchestra concerto competition and was one of the concertmasters of the Music Institute of Chicago Academy’s orchestra.
In addition to performing solo, Veronica enjoys playing chamber and orchestra music. Currently at Eatman she is part of the Cantante Quartet which has received the 2024-2025 Celentano String Quartet Award. Previously, she had won 1st place at the Midwest National Chamber Competition, 2nd Prize at the International ENKOR Competition for Chamber Music, and was chosen as semi-finalists for the Saint Paul String Quartet Competition and Fischoff Chamber Competition.
This past summer she attended The Aspen Music Festival for the 9 week program studying with Professor Bing Wang and Professor Corneila Heard. In the years prior she has also been a part of the Bowdoin Summer Festival, Atlantic Music festival and The Northwestern Summer Violin Institute.
