Jingbo Zong, studying with Professor Arthur Greene, received a full scholarship and currently serves as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan.

His awards include First Prize at the Young Piano Star International Piano Competition (Germany), First Prize with Special Distinction at the Shanghai International Youth Piano Competition(China), and the third Prize at the Magnolia International Piano Competition(China), multiple First Prizes in the Scholarship Competition at the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music.

He has participated in masterclasses with Vladimir Viardo, Hong-Kuan Chen, Alexander Kobrin, Sofya Gulyak, Marina Lomazov, Daniel Shapiro, Vladimir Ovchinnikov, Wei-Yi Yang, Matti Raekallio, Alexander Ghindin, Kate Liu, Danwen(Danny) Wei, and Chen Jiang.

His performance experience includes the album Velvet Echoes with trumpet player Chenguang(Edmond) Wang. He has worked with conductor Yi Zhang, cellist Bingxia Lyu, and a symphony orchestra in performances of Poulenc’s Concerto for Two Pianos and Orchestra and Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals. He has appeared in solo recitals at major venues across Shanghai, Hangzhou, Xuzhou, Lishui, Shaoxing, and Suzhou, and was selected as an outstanding piano student for touring performances. In addition, he has recorded demonstration and audition videos for piano entrance examinations, contributing to pedagogical and institutional projects.
