Diego Zavaleta is a 22-year-old percussionist from Lima, Peru. Diego is currently an undergraduate Percussion Performance major at SUNY Purchase graduating in the Fall (22’). He has played Rebonds B for Solo Percussion, by Iannis Xenakis and Marimba Spiritual for Solo Marimba and Three Percussionists, by Minoru Miki. He has also performed at Carnegie Hall twice with the New York Youth Symphony Orchestra.
