Victor Battista
Clarinet

Victor Battista is a clarinetist and music educator from New York’s Hudson Valley. He graduated with a bachelors of music education, bachelors of music performance, and a minor in conducting from Indiana University Jacob’s School of Music. He is currently pursuing a master degree in music at The University of Texas at Austin. As a performer, Victor has been selected as a finalist in The Henri Selmer International Clarinet Competition and in auditions for premiere ensembles such as The US Army Band, “Pershing’s Own” respectively. Victor maintains a studio of clarinetists, pianists, and guitarists of various ages in Austin. While not performing or teaching, Victor enjoys sharing laughs with friends and spending time with his cat, Saylor.
