Joshua (Josh) Stafford is the Chautauqua’s Jared Jacobsen Chair of Organ and Director of Sacred Music. A native of Jamestown, NY, Josh began playing the organ at age 11, taking lessons from Jared Jacobsen. An organist with an international reputation and a local boy with a Chautauquan heart, this is Josh’s second summer with us, but his first in-person season at the Massey organ. During the year, Josh is the new organist/director of music at Riverside Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville, FL.
