Cameron Howard
Tenor

Cameron Howard, tenor, is a senior at the University of Kentucky where he studies with Dr. Dennis Bender. While there, he has sung the roles of Ezekiel Cheever in Ward’s The Crucible, Second Servant in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, and most recently Sandmann from Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel and Arturo from Lucia di Lammermoor in their opera gala. He has also received 1st place awards in the National Association of Teachers of Singing Competition. This summer, he will sing Le petit viellard in Ravel’s L’enfant et les sortilèges with the Chautauqua Opera Conservatory. He is a proud alumnus of the Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts Vocal Music Division, which he credits for his pursuit of music.

Cameron is the recipient of the Hebrew Congregation Voice Award.
