Ryan Duncan-Ayala (he/they) is a Latine producer, manager, and theatre maker based in Brooklyn, New York hailing from Laredo, Texas. Previously: National Alliance for Musical Theater, The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, The 24 Hour Plays, Syracuse Stage, the RENT 25th Anniversary Farewell Tour, the New York Theatre Workshop production of Merrily We Roll Along (CM). He most recently was the company manager for the national tour of Million Dollar Quartet Christmas. Ryan made his off-Broadway producing debut with ¡Americano! (HOLA Award Winner) and Broadway debut last season with How to Dance in Ohio.
