Isa DiFiore is a 22 year old oboist hailing from Tampa, Florida. Isabel is a graduate of the Interlochen Arts Academy under the study of Dane Philipsen. She recently graduated from Oberlin Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor’s Degree in Oboe Performance under the study of Mr. Robert Walters. She has enjoyed two summers at The Sarasota Music Festival and has also attended Easter Music Festival and Hidden Valley Summer festival among others. In the fall, Isa will continue her musical studies at The New School, where she will study with both Ms. Julia DeRosa and Ms. Elaine Douvas where she intends to receive a Master’s Degree. Outside of music, Isa is an avid reader and writer, and she enjoyed both classical literature and poetry.
