Iris Lin is a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Violin performance as well as a double major in business. A passionate solo violinist, Iris has performed in masterclasses for Paul Kantor, Grigory Kalinovsky, Andrew Wan, Simon James, Adele Anthony, Stella Chen, among others. Throughout the summers, Iris has attended festivals such as Green Mountain Chamber Music, Orford Musique, Center Stage Strings, ENCORE chamber music institute, and Bowdoin International Music.
Iris is currently pursuing a Master of Music degree in violin performance under the tutelage of Bayla Keyes. Her past principals violin teachers include Dr. Carolyn Huebl and Ronald Houston. During her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants and cafes.
