Tenor Zhongjiancheng Deng is from Sichuan, China and is a second-year undergraduate student at The Juilliard School, where he studies with Amy Burton. In 2021 Mr. Deng won the Broze Award in the China Vocal Peacock Cup, was a finalist in the Sichuan Golden Hibiscus National Vocal Competition, and was a national student representative of the 6th National College Students Art Exhibition in China. In summer 2023 Mr. Deng participated in Glenn Morton’s Classic Lyric Arts program in Novafeltria, Italy.
