DAYTON LIVE strives to make its venues as accessible as possible for all our patrons.
Accessible seating for patrons with wheelchairs is available at the back of the orchestra level of the Victoria Theatre as well as on all levels of the Schuster Center. There is an accessible entrance (with automatic door) located to the south of Victoria Theatre main doors. All entrances at the Schuster Center have automatic doors. Accessible seating is also available at The Loft Theatre in the Metropolitan Arts Center and the PNC Arts Annex.
Assisted listening devices are available at the Victoria Theatre, the Schuster Center, the PNC Arts Annex, and The Loft Theatre. All venues are equipped with an infrared hearing amplification system that many find beneficial. You may check out one of the devices from a house manager in the lobby.
Audio description and sign language interpretation are available for DAYTON LIVE presentations by request. Please let the ticket agent know you would like either of these services when you order your tickets at the DAYTON LIVE Ticket Office. Please make your request at least two weeks prior to the performance.
Large print programs are also available for Premier Health Broadway in Dayton performances.
Communication for patrons with hearing and speech impairments is available by calling Ohio Relay Service at 1-800-750-0750. When the communication assistant responds, please say or type “Dayton Live at 937-228-3630” and you will be connected with a ticket agent. The DAYTON LIVE Ticket Office is open Tuesday – Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 90 minutes prior to all performances.
