ELEVATOR — At the Victoria, the elevator is located on the south or right side of the lobby. At the Schuster Center, there are elevators on either side of the lobby near the restrooms.

RESTROOMS are located on each level on both the right and left side of the lobbies at the Schuster Center. At the Victoria Theatre, the restrooms on the main floor are all on the north side of the lobby. On the balcony lobby, they are on both sides. 

COAT CHECK — At the Victoria, coat check is located on the north or left side of the lobby towards the street. At the Schuster Center, coat check is located on the Main Street side of the Wintergarden near the Dayton Live Ticket Office. 

LOST & FOUND — Articles can be reclaimed by contacting the house manager while you are still at the performance. Afterwards, you may contact Schuster Center Security during regular business hours at 937-225-3503. Please indicate at which venue you think you lost the item in question and provide a description.

BOOSTER CUSHIONS are available at the Victoria for children’s use. Ask a house manager or a volunteer for assistance. 

DAYTON LIVE TICKET OFFICE — Box Office hours are Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and during the season, on Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Box Office is always open 90 minutes prior to performances. Purchase by phone at 937-228-3630. Purchase online at daytonlive.org.

THE ARTS GARAGE is owned and operated by DAYTON LIVE. The Arts Garage is open for performances at the Schuster Center as well as most performances at the Victoria Theatre. For information on hours, check the website at daytonlive.org.
