Christina Hazen has had recent engagements as Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro) with CCM Opera, Flora (La Traviata) with Dayton Opera, Sally (The Hours) in a workshop with Cincinnati Opera’s Opera Fusion: New Works, Rosmira (Partenope) with CCM Opera, and Hänsel (Hänsel und Gretel ) with Opera Steamboat. Christina was awarded 1st Prize in Voice at the Tuesday Musical Competition and is a Norman Treigle Award winner at the Corbett Opera Competition. Christina is an alumna of the Houston Grand Opera Young Artists’ Vocal Academy and is currently pursuing her Artist Diploma in operatic performance at The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where she also received her Master’s.
