JULIO AGUSTÍN (he/él/theirs) (Ensemble) is honored and grateful to make his debut at DTC with this phenomenal team and company. He has performed on Broadway in the original companies of Fosse, Steel Pier, Never Gonna Dance, Bells Are Ringing Revival (“Carl”), Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown (“Ambite”), and was featured opposite Bebe Neuwirth in Chicago, the musical. Regional credits include “Che” in Evita opposite Felicia Finley and was most recently seen at The Old Globe as “Dr. Jorge Mendoza” in Karen Zacarías’ Destiny of Desire. He recently released the second edition of his book, The Professional Actor’s Handbook: From Casting Call to Curtain Call, and was a contributor to Latinx Actor Training (Routledge). Julio is also a working director, choreographer, writer, and career coach serving on the staffs of The Actors Connection, NYC, and the Hispanic Organization of Latin Actors; he is the librettist of Movin On, the Musical and co-lyricist of Ay!
