Gracie Wassenaar is a homeschool senior. She played fiddle for two years before transitioning to classical violin in 2020. She has studied under Kathy Hart's instruction for the past three years and participated in the Knoxville Symphony Youth Orchestra for four years. Gracie enjoys working as a KSYO rehearsal assistant and playing in the KSO Chamber Music Program. Inspired by her instructor, she plans to attend the University of Tennessee to major in music education.
