John Wilkerson is a 1988 graduate of the University of Tennessee and has been working in Knoxville radio ever since, including the last 29 years with the Cumulus group of stations and 25 years co-hosting SportsTalk from 3-7 p.m. on The Sports Animal. 

The longtime Voice of the Tennessee Baseball team has been seen at Lindsey Nelson Stadium since the 1990 season and has acted as the studio host for Tennessee football and Vols’ basketball for the Vol Network dating back to 1994. 

John shares a love of sports and all forms of entertainment with his incredibly patient and understanding wife Pennye.
