Previously he has directed “Kinky Boots” and co-directed “Addams Family” for LCT as well as having stage-managed multiple productions including “To Kill a Mockingbird”, “Godspell”, “Elf”, and “Great American Trailer Park Musical”. A few of his previous on-stage credits include “Female Transport” as Sarge, “Death by Fatal Murder” as Inspector Pratt, “Cover of Life” as Tommy, and “Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol” as the Bogle. When he is not at a theater, Michael spends his days working as an independent insurance agent in Monroe, CT, working on his house, and hanging out with his husband Aric and his dogs Ruth Beagle Ginsberg and Princess. He is continually amazed by the hardworking and talented actors and actresses he gets the opportunity to work with.  “Thank you, Aric I truly could not have done all of this without your continued support and patience”
