Greg Proops got his start in comedy at the College of San Mateo where he created the comedy duo "Proops & Brakeman." After college, he joined an improv group where he caught the attention of Whose Line is it Anyway? producers Dan Patterson and Mark Leveson. Proops joined the cast in 1989 and has been an integral part of the show since then.
