Gabrielle Lamb
Gabrielle Lamb is a renowned choreographer and educator, known for her dynamic, detail-oriented choreography that blends technical precision with exploration of movement and space. As director of Pigeonwing Dance, she creates works described aseccentric and playful. A 2020 Guggenheim Fellow and 2024 Hearst Choreographer in Residence at Princeton, Lamb has received numerous awards, including the Princess Grace Foundation Award. Her work has been presented at venues like Jacob's Pillow, New York City Ballet's Choreographic Institute, and Lincoln Center. A former soloist with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, she is also a certified educator in the Feldenkrais Method and MUNZ Barre, currently studying the Ilan Lev Method of somaticre education.
