Lou Willams, Jr.
Guest Artist

Lou A. Williams, Jr. (also know as SL) is a native Philadelphian. Like most R&B singers, his musical roots began in church. He has been singing since the age of six. While in college, he sang in the Fisk University Black Mass Choir. After college, Lou sang in the Bright Hope Baptist Men’s Choir. In 2008, he took an interest in the Music of Frankie Beverly. SL will be the first to tell you that he is not Frankie Beverly; however, he feels that Frankie’s music should continue, and one of the reasons he sings Frankie’s music is that it sends positive messages of love and life.
