s. LUMBERT (Performer) is a Brooklyn based transgender dance artist. They earned a BS in both Dance and Exercise Science from Skidmore College and an MFA in dance from The Ohio State University. lumbert sometimes makes and performs their own solo work, and collaborates on duets with Rachel Sigrid Freeburg. After a brief hiatus from dance, lumbert is excited to be working on a new project with the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company. s. joined the company in 2018.
