As Live Nation Urban’s Vice President of Business Development & Operations, Brandon Pankey has been an integral part of a team that brings signature urban events and festivals in Hip Hop, R&B, and Gospel to the public. Brandon has helped develop shows in partnership with Spotify, Google (YouTube),Audiomack, and Amazon. In addition, he’s produced festivals nationwide, including Roots Picnic, Kirk Franklin’s ExodusMusic and Arts Festival, and Broccoli City Festival. Beyond Live Nation Urban, he is Executive Director of Destined to Achieve Successful Heights (DASH), which provides music education opportunities for students in high schools in the United States. He has been a guest lecturer at schools such as Harvard University, New York University, University of North Carolina, and Berklee College of Music in Boston. He has been featured in Ebony’s 2021 Power 100 list, Billboard’s coveted “30 under 30” list in 2011 and also was featured as a Billboard “Power Player” Executive in 2019 and 2020.
