"Catherine M. Pratt serves as the Lighting Coordinator Faculty. She holds an MFA in Lighting Design and Technology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a BA in Theatre from Mount Marty University.

Prior to MTSU, Catherine worked around the Las Vegas Valley with various theatre and opera companies as the Production Electrician and Lighting Designer for Signature Productions, Bishop Gorman High School, Metropolis Theatricals, Super Summer Theatre, Opera Las Vegas, Rainbow Theatre Youth Company, Nevada Conservatory Theatre, and the University of Nevada Dance Department. Additionally, she worked as an electrician and stagehand for several arenas, and event spaces on the Las Vegas Strip and served as a part time instructor for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Theatre Department.

Outside of Las Vegas, Catherine has worked with companies around the country including The Laguna Dance Festival, Sierra Reparatory Theatre, Kalamazoo Civic Theatre, and New Harmony Theatre."
