Luke Yates [Ty-Ra (lust for Power Witch)] is a senior at MTSU and is excited for his first performance on the Tucker Theatre stage. Previously, he has played Sir Mouse in the original student production, Shine a Light. Luke has always valued physicality and expressive action in performance. He delighted in bringing out the uncanny body language and power of Shakespeare's witches. During the rehearsal process, he focused on unlocking his movement through yoga and exploring his character via music. Off stage, Luke practices dramaturgy, writes fan-fiction, and jams to his favorite band: The Crane Wives.
