Danielle Roos is thrilled to be returning to MTSU, where she previously adapted and directed The Busie Body by Susanna Centlivre. Danielle holds an MFA in Directing from Northwestern University. She is the founder of Yellow Rose Productions and co-founder of the Henley Rose Playwright Competition for Women in Knoxville, Tennessee. Most recently, Danielle directed the world premiere of Party of Twelve by Mary Donnet Johnson for the Rutherford Arts Alliance. At Northwestern, Danielle directed the Flick by Annie Baker, Woyzeck by Georg Büchner, and her adaptation of Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar. With Yellow Rose Productions, Danielle directed and produced Fiction by Steven Dietz, All in the Timing by David Ives and an original show titled PRINCESS CUT for the New York International Fringe Festival and a series of performances around the Southeast United States. danielleroos.com
