Real Actual True Fact: Beethoven's favorite food was macaroni and cheese.
Macaroni was difficult to make and therefore considered fancy back in Beethoven's day. He enjoyed it with butter, garlic, and parmesan. We celebrate our February and March Beethoven Bonanza with concerts, a lecture Q&A event, and our Mac'n'Beethoven contest! Contest participants entered to win bragging rights and to have their work officially critiqued by Longmont celebrity judges Elaine Waterman of Firehouse Art Center and Sean Gafner, Executive Chef and owner of The Roost.
