Gloria Parker, Founder and Executive Director of Insignia Artists US and Co-Founder of Insignia Athlone Artists earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Oklahoma City University, a Master in Vocal Performance from Manhattan School of Music, and Certification in Arts Administration from New York University. Previously she managed the international clientele of a London-based arts management firm in New York City. 

As a Mezzo-soprano, she performed signature roles in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia with the Hamburg Staatsoper, Teatro Regio Torino, Teatro di San Carlo di Napoli, Vancouver Opera, New York City Opera, Houston Grand Opera, Washington Opera, Seattle Opera, Minnesota Opera, Pittsburg Opera, Cleveland Opera, Detroit Opera, Opera Carolina, Toledo Opera, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, and the Stratford Festival amongst many others. As a concert artist, she was a featured soloist with the London Philharmonic at Royal Festival Hall, numerous orchestras at Carnegie Hall, Geffen Hall, Kauffman Concert Hall, Alice Tully Hall and the Bard Festival and appeared with the American Symphony Orchestra, St. Louis Symphony, Oklahoma City Symphony, Ft Myers Symphony and NY Philharmonic. Ms. Parke also performed lead roles on Broadway, Off-Broadway and National and International tours.

Her professional affiliations include Opera America, the League of American Orchestras, Actors Equity, Canadian Actors Equity, American Guild of Musical Artists, American Federation of Musicians, and AFTRA.
