Alie B. Gorrie is thrilled to be singing with Opera Birmingham this holiday season. Favorite performance credits include: Gertrude McFuzz in the national tour of Seussical and Princess Fiona in Red Mountain Theatre’s production of Shrek the musical. She is the founder of Songs for Sight, an organization that supports children and teens with low vision across Alabama. She holds a BFA in musical theatre from Belmont University and a MA in Arts in Medicine from the University of Florida. Up next, Alie B. will be playing the role of Helen Keller in the world premiere of TOUCH with Opera Birmingham.
