Noted as a "very expressive soprano" (Opus Colorado), Kathryn Radakovich enjoys a varied career performing works from the modern, classical, baroque, and jazz idioms. Currently residing in Philadelphia, Kathryn made her debut with Grammy-winning ensemble Roomful of Teeth in 2022, Grammy-nominated True Concord Voices & Orchestra, and as a soloist with Choral Arts Philadelphia for the US Premiere of two previously-unpublished oratorios by Giacomo Carissimi. Recent season highlights have included returning to Helena's Musikanten Montana as a soloist in Viva Vivaldi!, singing with Philadelphia-based vocal sextet Variant 6 in the world premiere of Wally Gunn’s Moonlite, followed by a USA tour, and soloing with the Victoria Bach Festival in Bach's Magnificat. Kathryn's solo engagements include appearances with Musikanten Montana (Bach's St. John Passion), as Musica & Ninfa in Monteverdi’s Orfeo with Baroque Chamber Orchestra (Stephen Stubbs), with Colorado Chamber Players, under the direction of Matthieu Lussier in Messiah, the Colorado Springs Philharmonic in Bernstein: On Stage and Screen, the Ars Nova Singers in “Mass in Blue”, and in Padworski's Reflections on a Mexican Garden with Colorado Chorale. As an ensemble singer, Kathryn can be found singing with Choral Arts Philadelphia, Oregon Bach Festival Berwick Chorus, Santa Fe Desert Chorale, True Concord Voices & Orchestra, and Victoria Bach Festival.
She explores the mezzo-soprano repertoire with the Colorado Chamber Players in February 2023.
