David Benoit  (Ebenezer Scrooge) is delighted to make his debut with The Ramsey Theatre Company and be part of this exciting retelling of The Dickens’ Classic, The Best Gift: A Christmas Carol Musical. David appeared on Broadway and on the National Tours of Les Misérables (Thenardier), Avenue Q  (Nicky/ Trekkie), Jekyll and Hyde (Bishop/Spider).  He also appeared in the Broadway production of Dance of the Vampires with Michael Crawford.  Other National Tours include: Girl From the North Country (Frank Burke), Phantom of the Opera (Firmin), Young Frankenstein (Blind Hermit/ Inspector Kemp), All Shook Up! (Sheriff Earl) He appeared in The Off Broadway (and numerous companies)of Forbidden Broadway, Forbidden Hollywood, The Big Bang, and Forever Plaid (Sparky). 

Most recently he appeared in the Ogunquit Playhouse productions of Titanic (Isidor Strauss),and Come From Away (Claude), Favorite Regional: Sweeney Todd (Sweeney),  Fiddler On the Roof (Tevye), Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike (Vanya), The Adding Machine: a musical(Mr. Zero).
