Dakotah Brown is thrilled to work with Opera Idaho as the dialect coach for this production of Sweeney Todd. Previous work for the Opera includes assisting with stage combat in their 2023 production of Macbeth. Dakotah has worked as an actor, director, playwright, fight director, and dialect instructor in the Treasure Valley and beyond since 2010; working with Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Boise Contemporary Theater, The Boise Bard Players, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, and Portland Center Stage among others. Dakotah is honored for the opportunity to work with the Opera once more.
